Generating new test file should required confirmation

It's common issue that we generate a new test file by accident. There are many source files which should not have an individual test file. So it'll be a good idea to show a confirmation dialog (Cancel/OK) to a user in a situation when he's trying to navigate from a source file to the nonexistent test file to make sure that he really want to generate a new test file.
