Create SafeArrivalScreen

• Static screen with "Did you arrive safely?"
• Add large "Yes" button underneath, and text underneath that says "If you do not respond within 30 minutes, your selected emergency contact will be notified"
• Show expected travel time
  • This should differ depending on selected mode of transportation but we can hardcode to 30 minutes for now

Design can be similar to the Companion app: (header with big button underneath)
