Up to 24 May 2025 my preliminary work on TUBS was part of, in the context of, and financed under Solid Data Modules (Solid-Slack Bridge and Tasks module).
25/26/27/28/31 May: First 5 days (local first conf and train there and back, and a few hours worked on 1 June).
Then 3 weeks of ~4 days/week CoFi-related work and ~1 day/week SURF.
Then 5 weeks of ~4 days/week TUBS + ~1 day/week SURF.

2 hours researching existing work on API-SQL sync

7 hours studying API specs, Zapier, designing the API-SQL product.

In the case of Slack it makes sense to use bolt because there are so many quirky things e.g. an app needs to be invited to a channel and then it can only speak when it's spoken to, etc.
Also, things like signing secrets for X-Slack-Signature headers etc - do we really want to rewrite all that for each API? Better to use a cleaner example API to start with, I think.

I can use https://developers.google.com/workspace/calendar/api/v3/reference/calendarList/list for instance. Maybe grab the requests of the API explorer from the browser console

In August, worked about 4 hours planning the milestones and the collaboration with SoftwareOntwikkeling.be on https://github.com/tubsproject/letspeppol.
Working about 6 hours today (28 August).

Worked about 30+30+10+10 hours in the last 4 weeks, so total is now 65+10+30+30+10+10=155.

Worked 25 hours last week, 20 this week. Total: 200.

Roughly 50 hours on contact with API providers, 50 hours on software development, and 25 on business development.
