Hi,

years ago i created a fork of your Lights DJ Repo to implement a Realtime Beatdetector.... im struggle to get it fixed or updated to an updated framework and saw you have created a new one and honestly have no idea about creating docker images or builds i might conribute my realtime beatdetector ... maybe it can be implemented...

Thanks for contributing the code! How was it integrated with Hue Light DJ? Did it call an API to set the BPM? Or use the Beat API to provide the exact beat moment? I can't see it in the code.

Beat detection is on my wish list for a long time. It would be nice if it would fully run in the browser, like the rest of Hue Light DJ / Hue Entertainment Pro.

On each beat it triggers the winform to flash so its reacting on the beat, its like hitting the beat button... i tried to replace the manual "beat click" with the auto beat detection .... let me check, its some years ago i tried to implement it....

Currently its a standalone winform app, but that should not be the problem to get this into a useable dll

The simplified idea is something like this

• On each detected beat -> tick lights to flash in the current running effect ....
  I think it should be implemented the way the fixed bpm is triggering the effects but instead of fixed value over the minute just on the detected beat comming from an event listner or sth like this

Ive created an API Call inside my beat detector which calls the API of Light DJ and triggers the beat ... just quick and dirty... url is editable in the textfile

I added a Class Library (as nupkg Package) which makes it simple to add to a project
