Zxing will not read both qr codes in this image, always only reads one

Hello micjahn. Thank you for your work on this project. I am using your pre-compiled Windows DemoClient "CommandLineDecoder.exe" to attempt to read the QR Codes in this image. But no matter what I try, I can only get it to read ONE not both of the barcodes. I have tried the --multi and the --try_harder flags, but nothing seems to work. Thank you!

I noticed that if I posterize down to 2 the image, then Zxing will recognize both barcodes. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated!
