Rewrite deployment docs #61
Description
There's lots of crib notes in the deployment documentation. However the document as a whole isn't terribly coherent to actually follow. This is a task to rewrite that documentation so it actually follows a good, linear flow, and make sure that all the deployment issues are nicely worked out.
Also, make sure the deployment docs indicate to use a virtualenv, and migrate the init system to supervisord.
