Handle UUIDs per new support in sqlmodel #25
Description
sqlmodel 0.0.20 added support for UUIDs; unfortunately, it broke our prior handling of UUIDs. We should bump to latest sqlmodel and implement UUIDs the way they recommend. (In the meantime, I'm going to pin sqlmodel==0.0.19.)
