"Download as File" in MakeCode doesn't download the file anymore

Giles reports that the ... "Download as File" menu item initiates the WebUSB download flow rather than downloading the file.

I’m having problems downloading a HEX file to save from the CreateAI MakeCode window. It seems to be making me transfer by webUSB when I click on the 3 dots and ‘Download as file’

Investigation indicates the iframe message from MakeCode to CreateAI changed from a "save" to a "download" message in v8.

We've raised microsoft/pxt-microbit#6545

There's no way to work around this in CreateAI code.

As a user you can instead use "Save" after navigating back out of MakeCode to CreateAI.

We should consider writing some e2e (or in browser) tests for makecode-embed's storybook and running them against beta on a schedule.

Fixed in MakeCode 8.0.13.
