Cannot find micro:bit when attempting to connect using Web Bluetooth #780
Description
A couple of people have reported this issue of the micro:bit not coming up as an option to click on.
Notes
- Closing all CreateAI tabs in Chrome and re-trying did not work.
- Bluetooth is enabled on the computer.
- Bluetooth pattern matches with micro:bit.
- It has been experienced very consistently.
Have tried another 4 times, twice trying to connect after entering CreateAI from the simple activity timer MICI project, and once after opening a new project, once after opening a new project in incognito browser. All same result. It comes up with this message after failing to give a micro:bit to click on in the dialogue box.
- Mac also cannot seem to find the micro:bit in Settings > Bluetooth > nearby devices.
- Restarting the laptop seems to have worked. Inconclusive whether restarting Chrome is sufficient.
