Apps: make it clearer how to close the language dialog

It wasn’t immediately obvious to me how to get out of this view. Maybe worth leaving more space at the top if not too much work? I don’t think it is a big deal though.

we could add close button, move to full screen, scroll inside the dialog (though in the past we made the opposite call at least for desktop)
