iotprovision-bin over TCP/IP connection - Is it possible?

Hi there, 

I need to upgrade the firmware of an Atmel chip and I think this tool would be suitable for my needs.
Is it possible to complete the firmware (.hex transfer) over TCP/IP connection instead of usb-based tools/debugger?
