Change port of local OAuth2 server to `58085`

Reason/Context

• As we have finalized port 58085 for local OAuth server here, we have change value from 8085 -> 58085.

Description

• 58085 is now an official port value for local OAuth server to handle SSO callbacks. It's also added to microcks's keycloak realm of docker-compose, helm chart and kubernetes operator.
