Fix macOS binary name to microcks #212

MacOS binary is named microcks-cli and not microcks as it is on Linux and Windows. We need to investigate and fix this.
Expected behavior
Binary should be named microcks on every platform

MacOS binary is named microcks-cli and not microcks as it is on Linux and Windows.
