Google apps not able to find accounts

Describe the bug
I cannot choose an account to log into, in any google app

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a google app
2. Try to log in
3. Cry

Expected behavior
Being able to choose an account to log in with

It used to work, but for some reason broke randomly
(Also two step verification prompts are broken too, that might be related)

Is this Work Profile? For me I used Shelter to open work profile and after that in Google Workspace
Admin console Goto
Devices>Mobile and endpoints>Android settings
CTS Compliance set to "Turn Off"

So. I though this depend on you IT Support by company email.
