Relative humidity as input or not?

Relative humidity (RH) is currently required as input variable when running with aerosol optics. Perhaps we should consider computing RH internally from water vapour concentrations, pressure and temperature. Especially in TICA mode, this saves us from interpolating RH independently from interpolating temperature, pressure, and water vapour, which is inconsistent
