Test Container test Method Per Class does not work under some conditions

as mentioned in my commend, there is a workaround for it (by using @Inject) however, it is not documented. Should here a PR be made in order to cover this case? I am not sure why it is happening, but it may be related to @Parametrised tests , I could make an example and PR if it is decided that it is worth of effort.

Secondly, I havent found a discussion for micronaut-tests.
