Adding micronaut-gcp-secret-manager dependency the log repeat the message

something weird happens when you add

     <dependency>
      <groupId>io.micronaut.gcp</groupId>
      <artifactId>micronaut-gcp-secret-manager</artifactId>
      <scope>compile</scope>
    </dependency>

in your project.
the program shows two times the same log like:

[main] INFO io.micronaut.context.env.DefaultEnvironment - Established active environments: [test]
[main] INFO io.micronaut.context.env.DefaultEnvironment - Established active environments: [test]

I wonder why happens
