what happened to stream+json and the deal with x-ndjson

we have this guide that helps us to consume a stream+json type. but I've been reading and I think the draft was dismissed (not quiet sure). now there is a type called x-ndjson which apparently is very new.

finally the team behind micronaut will make some decision with this case?
