Resilience4j in Micronaut 4.x

Hello,

First of all thanks for all the effort you have put into releasing Micronaut 4.x!

One thing that's blocking us from upgrading is support for Resilience4j. I noticed there's an open Draft PR resilience4j/resilience4j#1951 Resilience4j 2.x has JDK 17 as baseline, so that shouldn't be a problem (?). Is there an ETA for that or another alternative or something we could do to help?
