Trying to create a Action.ShowCard that displays a table

Hi everyone. As the title of this post states, I'm trying to create a Action.ShowCard type that displays a table when clicking on the button. Each table cell will contain either ordered/unordered list items. I've tried but the table doesn't render. I need a second pair of eyes. Help!
