OMS View does not import

When attempting to import the OMS view that is included, the following error is received after uploading into the view designer:
"Cannot convert the view. Check the view queries."

To reproduce this issue:

1. Open the Azure portal
2. Navigate to the OMS workspace
3. On the OMS Workspace blade, select View Designer
4. Select Import at the top
5. Browse to a local downloaded copy of the OMS view included in this repo

I have just found that it will import correctly under the old OMS Portal's View Designer, however not under the Azure Portal's OMS View designer.

Seems to be related to the new language syntax vs the old.
We might need to have 2 view exports published, one for the old language syntax, one for the new.
