Galaxy https://galaxyproject.org/ is an open-source platform for data analysis often used in bioinformatics scenarios.

A reference: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/blog/genomic-analysis-on-galaxy-using-azure-cyclecloud/ . This solution relies on external artefacts which we must avoid.

Acceptance Criteria

• Workspace Owner can deploy a Galaxy Project workspace service,
• Access Galaxy Project from a Workspace using a trusted SSL connection
• Complete the galaxy tutorial as per https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/introduction/tutorials/galaxy-intro-101-everyone/tutorial.html
• Enable Jupyter notebooks and complete the following tutorial https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/galaxy-interface/tutorials/galaxy-intro-jupyter/tutorial.html
• Add Workspace Service Documentation and complete PR to Azure TRE repository
