When upgrading a template that has a new property the user should be prompted to enter it or the defaults used (if provided) #4732

Description

@JC-wk

Describe the bug
When adding a new property to a template and running an upgrade this throws an error because the property is null

Workaround
The workaround is to click update and enter the new value (after the upgrade has failed)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a new property to a template
  2. run an upgrade
  3. See that there is an error because the new property has no value

Solution
The user should be prompted to provide any new values (and optionally to remove any non existent ones #4730) when the upgrade is triggered.
