Livestreaming support through 'entities' activity #5514

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Livestreaming in more modern implementations of DirectLine, such as the Agents SDKs give streaming information through the entities field rather than the channelData field. This feature would allow botframework-webchat to be up to date with current Microsoft products

the getActivityLiveStreamingMetadata in botframework-webchat-core must also check entities for streaming information
