Enable multiple deployments per subscription (suffix RGs with ENVIRONMENT names)

In lab scenarios, we can have multiple deployments (of ContosoTraders infrastructure) per subscription.

So best to suffix RGs with the ENVIRONMENT names as follows:

• contoso-traders-rg[ENVIRONMENT]
• contoso-traders-aks-nodes-rg[ENVIRONMENT]
