Add sample prompts for user guidance

Added sample questions to guide users in the app's Browse section.

+The Browse section allows users to explore and retrieve information related to promissory notes. Key functionalities include:

+- What are the main factors contributing to the current housing affordability issues?
+- Click one of the **suggested follow-up questions** and get a reasonable response.
+- Click the **[New topic]** button to clear the chat conversation.
+- Search for string **Housing Report** and watch the document list become filtered to fewer documents.
+- Select two documents in the list chat **(Annual Housing Report 2022 & 2023)** top panel should show “2 Selected”) and ask this chat question: “Analyze the two annual reports and compare the positive and negative outcomes YoY.  Show the results in a table.”
