Enable the multi-select button on OrderFulfillmentView

I had a request from management to default the OrderFulfillmentView with the multi-select enabled.
They don't want to click on the mult-select button first to be able to enable the multi-select on this view.
We run into issues where the user creates multiple packing slips during the mark as packed process because they forgot to enable the multi-select.

Any suggestions on how I can have it enabled automatically on the load of the view?
