Extension test showing failure for system dlls

We are in the process of upgrading our extension to commerce SDK. we are able to fix most of the violation. However, I am stuck with resolving issues with system dll. I feel these are coming from Nuget packages referencing in the project.

Below are the referenced Nuget packages

Can someone guide me on how to resolve failed test with system Dlls.
