Is there a way to open the native settings sidesheet with the scheduling tab from within our workload? I know we can open it via the kebab menu next to the item in the Workspace view, but I would like to open it from within the workload if possible.

Yes, it is possible.
There's an API in our SDK: workloadClient.itemSettings.open

You can specify the particular setting you want the panel to open to. Specifically, the schedule setting ID is 'Schedule'.
