Do we have documentation on structure of the error meta that workload client library provides us on Item create like predefined error codes and what does each attribute mean in the error meta?

Hello, there is not documentation for this, but we will take this comment under consideration. Error propagation from Fabric to the workload is currently being refined, so perhaps documentation will be added once that process is complete.
Please let me know if you have any questions about a specific error (this one, as you can tell by the code, means an artifact with the same name was already created / tried to be created recently).
