[Bug - Partner Center] Unable to push update to extension with no `correlationId`

Describe the bug
We are unable to submit a version update for our company's Microsoft Edge extension, and the correlationId is undefined. So we have no details on how to fix this. The same update was accepted by the Chrome Web Store and has produced no vulnerability or issues for our customers. We're also unable to see our own extension URL without any change on our end.

Expected behavior
Our extension typically gets approved in anywhere from 24-72 hours.
