Bugs: Blocking notification, Duplicate Assets and Save draft failure

New Bugs
Despite numerous calls and live dicussions with your team, I am still finding several blocking issues while publishing new extension:

1. Unwatend notifications for no reason or issue, and without any clear indication or clues. It must be fixed with some meaningful errors, see the screenshot.
2. The "Duplicate this promotional tile for all languages" link is fully disabled, unable to copy assets to other country. How can users guess what is going on here?
3. After those notifications, nothing is getting saved, like description, and all "Add image caption" fields. The "Save Draft" looks working, but saves nothing. Why this has to be so complex every single time just to save this one form's data?
4. The "Save & continue" fails abruptly, and this error "Something went wrong. Please try again. correlationId : undefined" is pointless. I am not sure why it is so difficult to handle these simple error or exceptions.
5. The "Save draft" in fourth step, after clicking, it just blurs itself and come back to normal, this is a weird UX and how could one understand what is going on there? In my case, it is failing to save the editing content!
6. The extension has 30+ language supports with each its own locale files, but they aren't detected. Why are they missing?
