Requirements

It would be fantastic to have a dev container created for this repository, so that open opening it for the first time you could load directly into the container environment with all the proper tools installed (e.g., docker, azure cli, python/pip latest versions, whatever else is needed).

When loading into a Codespace, this would be done automatically.
