Unable to load data asset when using local file system provider.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
git clone https://github.com/Microsoft/OCR-Form-Tools.git
cd OCR-Form-Tools
yarn install
yarn build
yarn start
Expected behavior
Should be able to see local file and label them.
