Can not install and run correctly

Describe the bug

Hi, I'm trying to run in dev, build for production use this code. But too many issues with this code.
I'm trying to change version of node: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18...
I'm trying to build with the docker file, but it also goes wrong!.

Can anyone run this project now?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'source code'
2. yarn install
3. yarn build/yarn start
4. See error

Change node to 12.x, 14.x, 18.x ... New issues occur and It can not fix all.
