Add urp materials into sample shared package. (#160)

* Clean up sample namespace

* Update all projects to Unity 2020.3.48f1

* Make sampleshared compatible with ARFoundation5

* Update SampleShared to support URP samples.

* Add URP version lit material for URP projects, because the graphics tools' shader doesn't cast or receive shadows.

* Sample shared 0.0.5 will support URP materials.
