Error after set up

Steps to reproduce

Clicked on deploy to Azure.
Filled the required fields.
Launched the website.

Expected behavior

The website should run as in the screenshot in the documentation.

Actual behavior

I got " An error has occurred... Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

##Notes

The authentication process and permissions grant steps were executed correctly.
The link that is giving the error is: https://xxxxx.azurewebsites.net/Home/Error?message=Object%20reference%20not%20set%20to%20an%20instance%20of%20an%20object.
