Call home feature/web calls?

Hi,

I am in the process of getting this tool signed off from the cyber security aspect to use across a SQL estate for diag/performance related tasks.
We are happy that this falls within the remit of the Microsoft Code of Conduct so a huge thanks to the devs here.

Before I can get sign off to use this tool I have been tasked with confirming that this tool does not attempt to reach out via web/server for call home features/checking for updates etc etc.
Once I have confirmation that this tool is indeed a standalone product that makes no web calls we can begin to use.
