Struct data not deserialize/NewtonsoftJson

Struct data(Color : IEquatable) cannot "deserialize" with JSON in server. It worked OK in our Blazor WebAssembly (Wasm), not worked in server side. Our leaflet map color working OK in local, not in server after deployment.
Please advise: how to resolve it? Thanks

This does not look like a WSL issue but with an issue of the serialisation of a JSON object into C# classes that might be solved with a custom deserialiser.

Sorry, maybe I didn't clearly describe bug. Here is the bug with better description.
"We are not using blazer server .We are using Blazor WebAssembly . and the issue that the dieselization is working in the local code but it does not work when we deployed the Blazor to IIS server"
Please help us to give any suggestion doe this bug. thanks.
