Updates to the Controls Galleries

Hello! 😄

I have several quick announcements to make regarding the Controls Galleries:

1. We just shipped a new version of the XAML Controls Gallery to the Microsoft Store! 🎊 🥳
   Here is a summary of the main changes:

• New button to copy code samples (huge shoutout to @chingucoding for implementing it)
• New InfoBadge, RadioButton, and BreadCrumbBar samples
• Various bug fixes and improvements

2. A new version of the WinUI 3 Controls Gallery will be shipped to the Microsoft Store in the next few days 👍
   Right now, our master branch contains the WinUI2 Controls Gallery (aka XAML Controls Gallery) and we have a separate branch for the WinUI3 Controls Gallery. We plan on switching those two branches so that the WinUI 3 Controls Gallery is in the master branch and the WinUI2 Controls Gallery is in a separate branch. By sharing this, I want to make sure that we prevent any conflicts with local copies of this repo that you may have.
