No console output for WFPSampler

The user mode WFPSampler.exe does not output any logs to the console.

After checking the code, it seems this PR #1108 simply removed the final wprintf calls in https://github.com/microsoft/Windows-driver-samples/blob/main/network/trans/WFPSampler/lib/HelperFunctions_Log.cpp for some reason ?
