Template Studio for WinUI C# 5.2

Template Studio for WinUI (C#) Version 5.2 is now available!

Highlights include:

• Added an Add -> New Item (Template Studio) context menu to edit projects
• Added App Notifications support
• Added MSTest support
• Integrated WinUIEx for additional windowing functionality and Mica by default
• Improved code style with ImplicitUsings and Nullable
• Display README.md in the editor on project creation to improve the Getting Started experience
• Updated the Core project to .NET 6 from .NET Standard
• Updated to Windows App SDK 1.1.3
