Windows App SDK NuGet package is not using the correct product icon

Describe the bug

The Windows App SDK NuGet package does not use the Windows App SDK logo. This is not great for the brand recognition and consistency across the Windows developer platform.

There's also an a11y issue where the current icon is not meeting the contrast ratio requirements when selected

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a new WinUI project
2. Right-click the project name, and go to "Manage NuGet packages.."
3. See the Windows App SDK package

Expected behavior

It should be using the latest Windows App SDK logo:
