Long Command names can overflow Commands submenu #15443

Describe the bug
If you have a command with a long name, it can overflow. the commands submenu
Expected Behavior
I'd expect the command name to either be truncated, or (when the page size allows) the sub menu to be wide enough that the text doesn't overflow.
Steps To Reproduce
- Have enough commands to force commands to be shown under a sub menu
- Give a command a really long name.
