New Express/React app from the template - not immediately editable #15447
Description
Today, as of 13.2, when you do aspire new and select the Starter App (Express/React) and open the app in VS Code, you get red squiggles under the JS APIs coming from the packages.
This is not ideal, I don't recall seeing this behavior before. It might be something as simple as invoking aspire restore as part of the templating/scaffolding process.
