This pull request updates the MCP server for Azure DevOps to version 2.3.0 and introduces a new server.json metadata file. The changes focus on versioning and providing additional metadata for the server.

Versioning and metadata updates:

  • Bumped the package version from 2.2.2 to 2.3.0 in package.json and src/version.ts, and added a new mcpName field to package.json. [1] [2]
  • Added a new server.json file containing schema information, server metadata (name, description, version, title), package registry details, repository information, and a website URL.

It does not include deployment changes: it does not include the pipeline updates for login into MCP public registry nor singing with our key stored.
