This pull request updates the MCP server for Azure DevOps to version 2.3.0 and introduces a new
server.jsonmetadata file. The changes focus on versioning and providing additional metadata for the server.Versioning and metadata updates:
2.2.2to2.3.0inpackage.jsonandsrc/version.ts, and added a newmcpNamefield topackage.json. [1] [2]server.jsonfile containing schema information, server metadata (name, description, version, title), package registry details, repository information, and a website URL.It does not include deployment changes: it does not include the pipeline updates for login into MCP public registry nor singing with our key stored.
