Relase a new version of `azure-pipelines-language-server` please :)

An important fix was done. Without it language server isn't showing an error for cases when you don't have azure-pipelines.yml in a root folder. If you build the repo locally and replace related binaries everything is working. So having a new release and that means new version will solve the problem for everybody and will remove this necessity of building everything locally and replacing needed bits. I'm sorry @winstliu but can it be done in the nearest future please? 🙏🏻

+1, currently i need to build this locally and replace server.js file manually to get things working in neovim, i would really appreciate a release with the aforementioned fix included. Thank you!
