I've been getting this for a while now myself, both account and tenant ID are correct for the Azure DevOps organization.

i.e. the organization name might be MyTest, but when you cloned it you used https://dev.azure.com/mytest/...

@winstliu it made me reauth for another Azure DevOps related extension after I installed the above, but I'm no longer getting the errors I had been getting. I think it fixes the issue.

@klukc7 this VSIX should have additional debug logging. Can you please try this out and see if anything stands out when the list of organizations is printed? (Specifically - does it include the organization you are trying to connect to? Is it a different case? Using the right MS account? etc.) Thanks!
