I'm a student, i've created my account and while I was following the steps of the tutorial, I cant create the app.

Failed to create Azure WebApp (hello-webapp-251011214219). The client 'diegopujol@ufpr.br' with object id '45a60ef7-3928-4c4c-bc3c-913293e80758' has permission to perform action 'Microsoft.Resources/subscriptions/resourcegroups/write' on scope '/subscriptions/86677fe3-85d2-4332-82d9-abb80022dd4e/resourcegroups/rg-app-251011214514'; however, the access is denied because of the deny assignment with name '[UnusualActivity] Full Deny assignment on c37b37a3-e9e2-42f9-bc67-4b9b738e1df0 for user 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 at root added' and Id '8154dee40c7749b5b46a4d695e7f7a9f' at scope '/'.
