Additional Info: The exception occurred while I was performing a environment-wide certificate update. I had recently modified the JDK TrustStore (cacerts) located at D:\java\jdk\lib\security. To ensure the updated certificates were correctly propagated to the JVM and recognized by the Gradle daemon for a clean build, I was systematically closing five active IntelliJ instances to force a full process restart. The Azure Toolkit plugin appears to have encountered this exception during the IDE shutdown sequence.
